top tiers

As a 3rd yr Hokie, we already know the top sororitys: DG Aphi DDD KD & ZTA, but the ranks are nooooot what you're still posting. This isn't 2014 anymore, and last 2 years rush has jumbled sororities. Don't get complacent and keep reiterating the same order. It's not the same.
DG- most recent pledge class kind of flaked out. A lot of DG's first choice didn't accept bids/picked another first. They got a lot of their second-list girls. Yes the older girls are dope af, but they're graduating and therefore will leave the recent pledge classes to pick up the pieces. At this rate, gotta do better this rush gals, most PNMs mentioned it was like speaking to a brick wall at rush.
APhi- honestly feel like they should be higher than they usually are ranked. Yes it's cliquey, but all sororities tend to have clicks. These are the more down to earth versions of KD. They're fun but are folded into a fake/ditzy stereotype for no other reason than it's become the stereotype; it's changed based on the last couple pledge classes. Heard they're on probation and can't socialize but that's not a confirmed fact, just word on the steeet so take it with a grain of salt. Nonetheless, overall they're rising.
KD- don't really see the hype. But if you wanted to go to school down south & ended up north then this is the typical sorority you would see. If you love editing Instagrams & posing constantly for social media love, this is your crew. Super nice group of girls, but just like southern love, they sometimes say one thing but it means another. Definitely a top tier, but not the first or second. Solid recent pledge class. Would say they're pretty solid where listed most times. Stagnant?
DDD- tbh feel like they should be higher than normally listed. Not necessarily a "middle top" more just solid top. They suck at participating in other philanthropies than TKE (same philanthropy so makes sense but doesn't make it okay). Recent pledge class pretty much got all the girls stuck between DG & DDD from what I know. Got all the girls but a few they wanted on first-list. Chill group but don't draw very much attention to themselves, so take that as you may. If their pledge class gets it together and starts going to socials and participating, looks promising. Rising.
ZTA- like tri delt, don't really draw attention to themselves. They seem really girly at rush, but some girls I know in ZTA are actually weird and eccentric in the best way. Don't know much about them, but don't hear bad things. Not my cup of tea due to high presence of lily Pulitzer and girliness, but overall not a solid sorority. It's not bad to NOT be talked about, but publicity is publicity. Always have a solid turn out for socials & are well liked on campus. Also, none of their girls necessarily have a "look" (not all white, or all blond, or all super thin/thick) it's a good mix. Overall, would say Stagnant in current listings.
This is just an outsiders opinion. Overall girls I would say the following are similar sororities give or take a lil.
DG/DDD
AXO more chill version of SK
KD/APhi/ZTA
GPhi/ADPi
KKG/Theta (New don't know much)
