rushing as a sophomore?

I went through recruitment as a freshman and ended up dropping because my GPA was horrible. I got it back up to a decent location after spring semester, and I know that sororities often have higher expectations about GPA for sophomores in formal recruitment. Is this true and what GPA are they usually looking for?

I believe the minimum GPA you can have and get a bid for is a 2.6, and I know girls who have gotten bids with GPA's a little over that, but it is definitely helpful if your GPA's over a 3

every chapter has a different avg GPA but some not all have higher sophomore GPAs like I know ADPi is 3.5 for sophs and up but just email the recruitment chairs or presidents of chapters and ask!

I rushed as a sophomore with a 2.4 and even though a bunch of houses dropped me at first I still preffed 2 and accepted a bid! You’ll do great
