not being in a sorority = bad?

Is not being in a sorority looked down upon? I transferred here and didnt get a bid when i went through recruitment bc i rushed as a sophomore and im a junior now so its not that big of a deal to me, but is it looked down upon or considered "lame" and irrelevant not to be in greek life?

If you are a junior in college you're a grown ass woman you shouldn't be worried about what other people think or even a sorority. you need to focus on starting your life. no one cares if you are in a sorority out of college

Most people at tech aren't involved in greek life anyway so you definitely shouldn't worry about it. i think its around 15 or 20% of people are greek here but im not exactly sure

I'm a senior now and just dropped my sorority and honestly it was a great decision. Greek life doesn't make or break you and you can still have a social life outside of it. I know it seems something great from the outside but it really isn't.
