frat tiers

To all the pnms coming in Ima just let y'all know who the relevant frat houses are per tier in no particular order

Top: pike, sig chi, Fiji, delta sig
Upper middle: tke, pi kapp, beta (barely)
Middle: Ato, phi sig, theta chi, pi lam,phi delt, dke,
Lower: sig nu, farmhouse, agr, ka, theta xi, zeta psi, phi psi
Last: sig ep

(Ka and agr could be ranked higher but they are kinda in a niche with who goes to their parties so I see them as bottom)

Argue if u want but this is pretty accurate, once again, not in order within tiers.

SigEp will rise quickly now that they have a house. Good alternative to the other academically focused, dry fraternity, Phi Delt.
