best mid-tier frat?

I'm planning on rushing for a frat in the fall and will probably look at the mid-tier ones. I was just curious as to which mid tiers are considered by people to be better

I did that this semester though and ended up missing events for some groups because I was going to a different one and ended up getting no bids so I'm trying to just narrow it down to 2 or 3

I'm rushing Sig Ep… coming from the DC area. I’m a good dresser and prefer five inch khaiki shorts, fishing shirts from REI, and white nikes. I’m tight with my squad even though I can’t lax anymore since the accident. Proud to still have a Bernie sticker on my Subaru. What are my chances? Prefer craft ales or even bold reds over light beer. What are my chances?

I have friends in theta chi, stg, and sig nu all somewhat comparable theta is a bit higher than the other two but all midlevel and 40-60 normal guys for the most part (maybe a bit bigger in theta's case)

Try Alpha Sig, ATO, DTD, Phi Delt, Phi Psi, Phi Sig, Sig Nu, or Sig Tau
Alpha Sig: doubled in size in the past few years, has won a few big philanthropies
ATO: just got back on campus a few years ago, but have grown a ton and just hosted a very successful philanthropy
DTD: have a house on Oak Lane, do well in philanthropies
Phi Delt: grew a lot in the past few years, very friendly, and are doing their philanthropy this week
Phi Psi: these guys are brand new, but already have around 70 brothers and are going hard at everything
Phi Sig: good size, friendly brothers, good involvement, and amazing house
Sig Nu: one of the smaller ones, but every single brother here gives their all
Sig Tau: newer on campus, but are getting more and more involved

ato dtd phi sig and phi delt are the only middle tiers you mentioned lol everyone else is wayyy bottom

I really like the guys in PhiDelt. They are very friendly and seem to have a close brotherhood. I also think that DTD is a good mid tier house. They are also very friendly. to everybody.

Pi lam, ATO, Phi sig, Theta Chi, Dtd, Phi delt, KA
Maybe TKE or Beta if you wanna rush somewhere a little higher
I'd say everyone else is either upper tier or lower tier

I had always thought pi lam was mid tier. Surprised nobody had said them before you. Makes me wonder if they think they're higher or lower
