Hi I'm interested in doing recruitment next year but it is hard for my personality to shine through in situaitions like those where you make small talk with people for a small amount of time. Any advice to help me???

Just be yourself and get off this site! Trust me this sit can ruin recruitment for you just go in with an open mind and you won't be upset
