frat rankings and reasoning

There hasn't been a frat rank in awhile that really reflects the changes I think have happened. This might look waaaay different then others, but hear me out.
1: Sigma Chi, Pike, Fiji, Delta Sig
2: Lambda, Pi Kapp, TKE, Beta
3: ATO, Pi Lam, Phi Sig, KA
4: DTD, Phi Delt, Theta Chi, DKE
5: FH, AGR, Theta Xi, Phi Tau
6: Sigma Nu, Zeta Psi, Alpha Sig, Sig Ep
-Sigma Chi and Pike kind of switch based on who you talk to
-"Delta Sig over Lambda????" After what's happening with Lambda I'd say so. They've got tough times ahead
-Yes, Beta is falling. But they still throw great parties and I wouldn't say ATO is over them quite yet. In a couple years when beta loses their older guys? Maybe.
-DTD throws alright parties but as a whole they've got a lot of goobers
-DKE has worked damn hard the past couple semesters. They don't have the turnout like others but they're getting somewhere at least.
-After that you could pretty much switch any of those guys around
-Sigma Nu is getting some more recognition too

Yeah ATO is pretty soft, I can see them a few slots lower more I think about it.
I'd say Pike has a bit of an edge over Fiji, mostly because pike is easier to get to meaning a better turnout.
DTD does have good parties, like I said, but that's pretty much what they're hanging on to.
Sigma Nu could probably be bumped up, but I wouldn't say they could pass AGR right now.
All in all good points though.

okay if you judge ATO by their appearance, they'd be lower, but if you know them as a frat they are one of the nicest and they have such genuine guys. I'd say A LOT nicer than Beta. they're also pretty involved on campus so idk why y'all are obsessed with judging based on appearance but honestly ATO is doing really well considering they're newer.
