how does informal work?
by: ?I know all the sororities have done informal for the year, but I was wondering how you get invited to informal during the fall? Do you absolutely have to know a girl in the sorority or do you just email someone?

If you know a girl in the sorority you want to rush, that's really the best way. They can recommend you and put you on the list for girls they're going to recruit.
If you don't know any of them I would reach out to the president or if you can find their information, the membership vice president. They can probably help you out.
Keep in mind most sororities do not know if they're doing informal recruitment yet.
