Tiers in no order:
KD DDD
APHI ZTA SK
AXO ADPI
GPHI PIPHI
XO KKG
Not really sure where to put DG in this because of their lack of presence on campus this year due to the trouble they're in with Panhellenic. Probably somewhere in between KD/DDD and APHI/ZTA/SK.

am not sure who is the best. KD somewhat tarnished their reputation a couple of years back and just have tried too hard to regain their classy rep coming across as fake. They try to act southern, and just face it, we are not a southern school. I personally think APHI, DG, and DDD are better. With them, what you see is what you get.

The new rankings are pretty different from past years, with all past judgement aside this is what the new rankings are for the most part (don't have a heart attack sorority girls this is just an honest view of how things have been moving, so get over it).

Somewhat accurate but definitely not correct. The general consensus would probably be: DDD, DG, APHI, KD, ZTA, SK, AXO, GPHI, ADPI, XO, PIPHI, KKG

Top for Exclusivity and Involvement: APhi (they supported sisters two years in a row for homecoming AND WON!), KD (they had a great campaign this year as well).
In my opinion tiers go (in no particular order)
Top: APhi, KD, DG
Middle: DDD, ZTA, SK, AXO
Lower Middle: ADPi, GPHI (I still feel like GPHI is just too new)
Bottom: PiPhi, XO, KKG

is no more exclusive than KD or DG. Honestly, I would put KD and DG ahead of APHI in exclusivity.

Upper top: KD, DG top: DDD, ZTA, Aphi middle: SK, ADPi, AXO lower: G phi, XO, KKG, Pi Phi
I know ranking Aphi in the lower top tier is out of the norm, but many (not all) of those girls are too mean and superficial to be on the same level as DG and KD who overall have pretty nice ladies. As far as the Gphi debate, yeah they're probably better than XO, piphi, and kappa but they aren't quite on the same level as SK ADPi and AXO yet. Gphi also still has that whole social climbing/desperation air about them that just comes with being new. Once they gain more confidence I'm sure they'll rise up.

DG is at least on the same level as DDD and KD, if not above them.
