okay you got the bottom right. but no way in hell ADPi is on the same level as Gphi and SK. Zeta is middle and everyone knows it.

Pi Phi didn't meet quota either.... Meeting quota isn't the biggest necessity because you can do informal still.

Also quality, not quantity.

ADPi was pretty popular during recruitment and was viewed on a pretty level paying field as SK.
CHi O also did well and I would say is higher than KKG.

I loved adpi during recruitment. They were one of my last three. I ended up going AXO but I loved those girls and I know a lot of others that did too. So unless you went through recruitment then maybe you shouldn't speak for other people...
