Do snap bids happen the day of his day? Which sororities give them out?

Yes, and no specific sororities give them out. It all depends on how they did numbers-wise during recruitment.

Depends on if enough of the extended bids were excepted for that sorority. Same goes for informal, if the sorority already has enough members they will not open up to informal recruitment

there were wayyy too many girls rushing this year, i doubt a lot of sororities will do informal or snap bids
