If hotness were a requirement for rushing a sorority, why would there be recruitment at all? Why not just submit pictures of yourself and be ranked by that?
The top of the top are selective on so much more than looks. If it were by looks, Alpha Phi would be top by far, but they're not, not even second and arguably not even third. Most upper sororities are highly selective on who they accept and who they don't. You are invited into a sorority for a reason, which you figure out on the other side of the process. You become a part of something bigger than yourself with people like yourself. And that's why kd, dg, ddd, zta, and axo are the upper sororities.
They look for your interests, your passions, your involvement, and your character. They don't spend the entire party complementing you to death on your materialistic things. And this is how sororities were intended to be.
Just sayin.
