Why is APhi 1200 first semester? Also, ZTA is twice as much as any of the others... where does this money go?

Aphi - because it goes to new member activities, education and events
Zeta - because there are almost no additional costs the sisters have to pay on top of the dues. So girls don't have to pay for things throughout the semester

Zeta is putting money towards building a new house in the future so you are paying for that basically

All of oak lane is gonna get new houses in the future. So that's not true. It literally is so members don't have additional fees on top of dues

Zeta's dues aren't actually as high as they say they are in the book though....freshman dues are right but the other numbers aren't our dues?? they're about 100 or so less each semester
