Top: Pike, Sig Chi, LXA, FIJI
Upper Middle: Delta Sig, SAE, Pi Kapp, TKE, Beta
Middle: Pi Lam, ATO, Phi Sig, DTD
Lower Middle: Theta Chi, Phi Delt, FH, STG, AGR
Bottom: Theta Xi, Phi Tau, Sig Nu, Sig Ep, Alpha Sig

Not recognized: Kappa Sig, KDR, TDX, AEPi. I believe DKE might be recognized now, but that would put them at the bottom tier.

You can debate the relevancy all you want, but you'll be able to find a good brotherhood no matter the tier. If you're looking for the 'traditional' fraternity experience, don't go below the middle tier. However not everyone is looking for that, so I listed as many as I could
