oak lane vs. off campus?

What's the difference like between being/living in an Oak Lane Frat vs Non Oak Lane frat? Pros and cons?

I am in a sorority here at tech and honestly there is not a way to categorize the oak and nonoak frats. There are awesome frats that have houses on oak lane and awesome ones that don't. Most fraternities have houses off campus even if they have one on campus. I honestly do not think it makes a difference.
