well they don't have it back yet for half of their house is being used for vt transfers from other schools pretty sure they will have it back in a year or two

Why don't they have a house they can actually use? Why don't they get another house to use until they're given permission to use the other house?

Because they were supposed to get it back this upcoming semester until they got in trouble smoking weed again. And they spent millions making that one. There isn't any more money laying around for another
