more than looks

A sororities reputation should be based off of their sisterhood, not hotness. Good looks don't last forever, but true friendships do. Pi phi and KKG really show this, even if they aren't the best looking, their sisterhoods are so tight and life long. Kind of jealous of it.

When it comes to sister hood and philantropy let's look at the ones that put the most effort into all organizations not just the top tier ones. That tends to be SK AXO GPhi and ADPI. They aren't solely based on looks either!

just because a sorority is bottom does not mean they have the best sisterhood and put in the most effort in philanthropies. Pi phi and kkg might have decent sisterhoods, but they don't have the "best." agreed with the above commenter that the middle tend to do best in sisterhood and philanthropy
