Alpha Omega Epsilon - ΑΩΕ Sorority at Virginia Tech - VT 2.2 I joined this sisterhood a few years ago and nothing has gotten better, if anything its gotten worse. Their executive bored tends to get elected based on popularity rather than skills and it really shows in its disorganization and bias. They try to talk about how they push sisterhood and its "one of their pillars" when in reality its just a bunch of different cliques that won't let anyone else in causing "outsiders" that never get the chance to be involved and included in anything. I really love everything else about the sisterhood and their involvement and philanthropy. And right now that's really the only thing keeping me in it. They really need to get their stuff together and learn how not to be so "high school clique like" and just be nice to everyone. They also are very extreme on their candidates. As someone who has panhellenic friends, they don't have to go through nearly as much as these girls to get into an honestly mediocre sorority. Like most candidates are engineering students so they already have a lot on their plate and they make them dedicate SO much time outside of class for 6 weeks before they can join the sorority. Not to mention they always tend to schedule the bulk of things around the same time as exams.

Alpha Omega Epsilon - ΑΩΕ Sorority at Virginia Tech - VT 4.7 I've been to all of their recruitment events and they are great! Yes they talk about school some but they are professional AND social. And they definitely do seem to have a lot of social involvement! I've talked to so many sisters and it seems this sorority is everywhere and does a bit of everything. All around nice girls!
