As an Alumn, I feel the need to impart a few words. Every recruitment the same thing happens. Other sororities perpetuate stereotypes to try influence rush and girls who haven't learned to leave competitive cattiness in middle school, spread hate. That being said, I found my best friends and bridesmaids in this chapter. I have laughed, loved, and cried with these ladies. Not a day doesn't go by where I regret being a Phi. During Rush you will find your place just as I found mine in this chapter

Terrible sisterhood but that's what you get when you only recruit girls who fit the looks criteria. Had a friend who was told to stay home and not show up during recruitment for them because she wasn't pretty enough. Really rude girls who think they're better than others- once again because of their looks. Kind of sad to see.

Often girls take classes during the winter which conflicts with the process so they cannot come to certain events unless cleared by a professor. Some are on recruitment board, elected and prestigious positions, and are facilitating events in the back. To assume an absence from recruitment is because "they are not pretty enough" is unfounded. This is absolutely baseless and I have also heard similar things from KD and DG for I am friends with many of them and guarantee you I take it with a grain of salt for they are just RUMORs.

Unfortunately not as hot as alpha phi at other schools. FSU, Bama, Mizzou. There are a bunch of 6's and 7's who think they're the elite 9's of Florida. Yikes. Cute, but not as gorgeous as they think they are.

Lack class with a horrible sisterhood. The things they say about each other, even in their own "families" is just unbelievable. Feel free to take this as a warning, future PNMs. Tech has a lot to offer but this sorority isn't one of those.

Top sorority that continues to recruit well and have beautiful members. Get a lot of hate but they're one of the most desired houses for a reason!

These girls are fun and widely accepting! It's easy to judge when you don't know them, and a lot of people claim alpha phi girls are horrible when they've never had an actual conversation with them. They keep their business down low and always offer a friendly smile back. Though I'm in another sorority, I've become very close with a lot of alpha phi girls through class or parties on the weekend
