Delta Sigma Pi - ΔΣΠ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.0 They have a bunch of parties at their place on Jackson, but they are almost always SUPER crowded. Little to no room to move around. Never had any terrible experiences there but not really great ones either
