Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 2.9 They guys are pretty okay, but its a mix of some really cute guys and some really bad looking ones. Their house is okay, it is kinda nice that they have a room upstairs for pong and whatnot. The basement, however, is very wet. Like the walls, the ceiling, the people everything... They do have a nice yard with a high fence so you can go hang out outside which is nice.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 2.0 honestly they are not that bad to what people say they are. I have seen more people there this year but I would rather go to DKE across the street or go down the road to SAE. a lot of weird guys, they just stared at us and didnt realy dance with girls, but there are some cute and genuine guys....

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 2.2 This frat is really low in my opinion because if you have been to their parties you know that they are constantly empty and their date parties are more like club parties. The guys in this frat are not particularly smart or classy but generally seem kind and approachable.
