Went from 100 to about 60 brothers due to being placed on probation, and most of their eboard quit. They also self rank on here... Newest Pledge class sucks and is small.

They are douchebags and only date the wild Gamma Phi Beta girls. Don't want to date, hang out or talk to any other sorority girls. They let the Gamma Phi Beta girls controlled them.

yes, jenna, something happened almost 3 years ago. That guy was removed from the fraternity (and expelled from tech i think) and since then basically everyone who even knew that guy has graduated. Every fraternity has had some kind of incident in their past, stop smearing this one and if u actually feel like judging these guys for something that happened while they were in high school and literally did not involve them, feel free to do so just dont bother coming to the ranch for parties

They can definitely throw down. some cute guys, some douchebags, pretty good group overall. The ranch is kinda far but always fun

I always have a great time at Theta Chi! I always feel safe and welcomed. Their house is a great time and they have a beautiful lot. In addition, all the guys are so nice to each other on top of being kind to their guests. They have organized leadership and a safe environment. I always have a great time at “The Ranch”
