As a rush this fraternity seems like they have an amazing brotherhood and parties are super fun. House is far but it doesn't really matter cuz they always have DD's. Mostly all the guys are chill and just want to have a good time. They are also really respectful

Great group of guys. Definitely doing much better than past years. This group of guys is very involved on campus and I see there letters everywhere. Their house is a bit out of the way, but is always a good time. Hope to come out to more theta chi parties this year.

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) I expected to see them ranked better at Tech.

Just like every other fraternity, they have a lot of douchebags and a lot of nice guys too. Cant deny that these guys know how to have a good time.

Have met some great guys in here even though they aren't my favorite. Their pledge classes are all over the place from hot to... what. Recommend to freshman who want a huge party you'll have no trouble getting into. Can't think of any sororities they have events with.
