House is far but it doesn't really matter cuz they always have DD's. Mostly all the guys are chill and just want to have a good time. They are also really respectful

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.8 Great group of guys. Definitely doing much better than past years. This group of guys is very involved on campus and I see there letters everywhere. Their house is a bit out of the way, but is always a good time. Hope to come out to more theta chi parties this year.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.6 Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) I expected to see them ranked better at Tech.
