Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.5 There’s alot of good young guys and surprisingly good looking guys and they are doing much better, but they bid questionable kids sometimes and I’ve heard most of the old guys are really terrible. They re nationals are the worst out of any chapter and they can’t do anything a normal frat can, they can’t do anything in their oak house even drink??, what is the point of having the house if you can’t do nothing? Should give to someone else…

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.0 This is definitely one of the better frats I’ve been to. Brothers are good looking and they have surprisingly good parties. They aren’t like DSig or Beta, but they are a surprisingly good time. They gonna be top in like 2 years I bet.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.5 Went to party on Oak, it was a surprise since it was like my first time actually going to a SigEp event. It was fun, guys were decent looking, beautiful house. Definitely the nicest frat house I’ve been to in Blacksburg, they were super strict with all kinds of rules tho which was kind of a turn off tho. If they threw on Oak more they’d be top, but they are too scared. I’ll be back next Oak party tho boys!

Went to party on Oak, it was a surprise since it was like my first time actually going to a SigEp event. It was fun, guys were decent looking, beautiful house.
