Parties are not safe for girls they have had some bad incidents last semester. Bunch of weird and creepy guys they have to give bids to literally anything that walks.

The old guys and abs young guys can’t talk to women. There’s a chunk in the middle who are cool but it’s like 7 of them. Parties are always over run with sloppy freshman which only makes things worse. Cool place to hang out and smoke but like definitely not the place to go if you want a real frat experience

Brothers were rude and thought they were better than others. Lack of brotherhood. Boys aren't that cute. Basement smells like vomit and bathroom had no soap/toilet paper. Low class frat with no money.

very much on the rise, super diverse group of guys who are way more interesting than the average tke/fiji frat boy. i think they’re just getting off suspension so next semester’s gonna be huge for them. social relations aren’t great but that’s mostly just because their oldheads were weirdos from what i’ve heard, they’re definitely in the process of improving things. halloween party went absolutely crazy, and apparently in the past any guy who’s been weird/rapey around girls gets kicked out immediately. don’t sleep on them
