There's no doubt that this page has the most self ranking but I will still give my honest opinion. Their brothers obviously dont look like the typical fraternity man and they have a lot of diversity. The girls that at are their parties are just not attractive. They dont have socials with any decent sororities. My sorority is not even top tier and we still rejected them. last but not least, Im sorry gentlemen but 14 pledges in the fall is definitely below average.

Honestly, of all the fraternities I've been to(including all top tiers) I've had the most fun here. A solid group of guys with honestly, great brotherhood, seen from the inside. The parties have been fun and the guys are always trying to reach out and meet girls and in a non-creepy way. Other fraternities I go to usually spend time talking to certain groups of girls and that's all, but every time I go here I feel myself meeting people.

Most of them are really cool guys. They've been gradually getting better pledge classes and from what my friends in Pilam have told me, almost all the weird creepy guys have either been blackballed or graduated. I'd say they are upper middle tier. They just got off cease and desist this semester and surprisingly have thrown pretty big parties. My social with them was AWESOME! The only thing I don't like about them is a lot of brothers get really drunk at their parties. Room to improve :)

As a freshman i dont know much about their popularity on campus but my friend took me to two parties at their house this semester and they were great. Brothers weren't creepy like some other houses, but a couple didn't seem to be interacting with anybody. Definitely want to get to know them Better

if they can stay out of trouble and get a little more involved they will be one of the more solid upper middle fraternities on campus. Always a good (crazy) time at their parties.

A lot of my upperclassmen friends remember them as being super lame or not even relevant at all. As a freshman, I've only experienced them this past year and obviously things have changed some. Went to a couple of their bigger parties (risky business, rave) and the house is big, plenty of drinks, and they were never pushy which is more I can say for a lot of other fraternities.

Not super popular, but definitely making moves. Some very attractive and some average guys, And are hopefullyworking on talking to girls more at socials/parties. Brotherhood seems really strong though. Their probation(?) has handicapped them this semester but we'll see how their increase in popularity plays out next semester.
