Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.5 I think they’re rising. After they get off allegations and move into Oak house they should be considered top. Once you go to one event you want to go back.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.5 Currently rating all fraternities at VT Phi Psi is up there for me personally. I think they have the nicest guys at tech and make a fun and safe environment for girls. Sometimes their parties don't have a lot of show-out, but their big events have great showings. I would put them low-top tier. They had a really large pc last semester (Fall 2023) and I think for them to be mid or high-top they need to have more fraternal guys. Seems like the older heads are much more into the org than younger ones.

Currently rating all fraternities at VT Phi Psi is up there for me personally. I think they have the nicest guys at tech and make a fun and safe environment for girls.
