Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.5 All of the guys there are super nice, respectful, and boy do they know how to have a good time. I didn't really know about them until I went to one of their parties and had the best time ever. There weren't any creeps and plenty of cute guys to choose from
