Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.5 These guys are good in my book and I'm in a different Fraternity. Treat my sis and her friends very well at tailgates. All the brothers I've met are solid dudes. Would recommend rushing them especially since they are one of the few Fraternities that seem to still uphold their foundational values.
