Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.6 to the poster below, they have one of the tightest groups I have been around. Their brotherhood is probably one of the best. The huge houses have virtually no brotherhood from what I see.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 1.6 Good guys, but they have little or no social presence or brotherhood. They have trouble keeping up with other fraternities on campus, which has been getting better, but their brotherhood went downhill when they began to accept larger pledge classes.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 1.2 These guys are super disrespectful. They have been asked to keep the noise down, as they live in an apartment complex and I have a 9 month old child, but still have nothing but problems. They wake my child up 3-4 times per week and when I knock on their door they are nice and apologize but keep being super loud. Door slamming, yelling, and it honestly sounds like a wrestling match next door.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.6 These guys are legit. I was always hesitant to go to their parties because of how everyone said about the house being creepy... But recently went to one of their brothers house for his birthday party or something and had a blast. Keep looking out for these dudes they will be top house just a matter of time. Definitely get a new house though.
