My friends and I love Phi Delt because we can actually have an intelligent conversation with them. They are some of the nicest guys on campus and they have an amazing brotherhood. Some of the houses you mentioned as top on campus are some of the rudest guys on campus. That's just not my thing.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.4 I wrote "get to know them," and I am no frat boy, but rather a sorority girl. I went to their house with a friend, and I found them to be some of the nicest guys on campus. Unlike many frat boys, they had some class. That's why I said get to know them. A lot of girls like me want to meet some decent guys for a change who are smart enough to carry on an intelligent conversation.
