Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.9 Definitely the douchy top frat of VT. They throw good parties and mix with good frats/sororities, but they’re cliquey and if you aren’t in a top frat or sorority, they will treat you like trash.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.4 I guess if you have money and throw the most parties you are the top house As far as better men, this is NOT your place to look girlies Don’t trust any of em one bro lies and the others swear to it - honestly they can just be super mean. Waiting for them to realize they aren’t in high school any more, could be a long wait

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.2 These guys are just creepy, never have I been touched so much at a party. A few week ago a couple of my friends and I went to the rave they had on Oak and multiple guys seemed so desperate. They think living on Oak is so special and will try to lure you to their room's!!!? Strange vibes.
