Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.9 Definitely the douchy top frat of VT. They throw good parties and mix with good frats/sororities, but they’re cliquey and if you aren’t in a top frat or sorority, they will treat you like trash.

Waiting for them to realize they aren’t in high school any more, could be a long wait

A few week ago a couple of my friends and I went to the rave they had on Oak and multiple guys seemed so desperate. They think living on Oak is so special and will try to lure you to their room's!!!? Strange vibes.
