They think they're top tier but Pike Lambda (i know theyre gone) Sigma Chi and Fiji puts Dsig in their place. Its disgusting how they share the same girls.

Jungle was very "lean-esque" and tasted like cough syrup not to say the party wasn't good. Wasn't fun to be kept from leaving due to cops nearby. Thankfully it's close to campus bc my group got swerved by a DD and had to try to act sober going through downtown and by more cops. Also, beach party with sand and kiddy pools? Interesting. People like em though.

Great group of guys who throw great parties! Very sweet and actually involved in philanthropies. One of my favorite frats on campus

I have had multiple bad experiences there. Horrible new pledge class. Overall going down but still has good group of guys in the mix of it all.

Most of them are your typical hot frat boys, but there's something about them that's a little creepy and I've heard some questionable stories. Some of the guys are super nice but others are real a holes. If Lambda hadn't gotten kicked off they wouldn't be where they are today, so stop trying to copy pike (the wedding, the beach party, etc). The house is pretty nasty but parties are fun. They're also basically married to Zeta.
