Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.4 These guys are insanely nice, and throw HUGE parties that are always so hyped up and they are packed! The guys know how to manage a party and how to keep the environment healthy. They all know eachother so well too! Overall they are what a fraternity should be, i just want them to be a little more involved on campus
