Great group of guys!

I've hung out with this frat maybe twice and that was enough for me. Theta Xi does seem to have a great brotherhood and if you only care about that than this frat is good for that. As far as everything else I've seen and heard about Theta Xi, not so good.. They are rude to girls and just get obliterated when they party. Sororities don't even want to work with them because they only hang with GDIs and that is not an exaggeration.

These girls are the classiest and the finest. Definitely top tier

There are some good guys in this frat, but unfortunately the weird ones over shadow the good ones. Their last pledge class had some really bad guys in it. Socials with them are ok, but nothing to write home about... overall bottom/lower middle tier.

SAE is known as a southern frat and yet these guys are not living up to the reputation of SAE. The parties I have been too have not been very fun and the brothers are pretty average. Not a great frat, but not as bad as some others...

Not as great as they think they are. They have some really pretty girls, but like people below have said, their sisterhood is one of the worst of all the sororities. I think it's pulling them down, if nothing else because they can't seem to get along even for a week to get through recruitment smoothly.

I am about to be a senior this year and had to say I love this house. They are amazing at defying the negative stereotypes Greeks are often seen as. So sweet and classy while still being a lot of fun to hang out with, I am in a different chapter but have made so many close friends who are Chi Os over the years. Also great job with recruitment last year girls!

This ladies reach beyond the bounds of Pi Phi issues. They are campus leaders, community leaders, and care about Blacksburg, and oh yeah, they can party.
