Currently rating all fraternities at VT Phi Psi is up there for me personally. I think they have the nicest guys at tech and make a fun and safe environment for girls. Sometimes their parties don't have a lot of show-out, but their big events have great showings. I would put them low-top tier. They had a really large pc last semester (Fall 2023) and I think for them to be mid or high-top they need to have more fraternal guys. Seems like the older heads are much more into the org than younger ones.

Currently ranking all frats at VT: I think Beta is a staple fraternity on this campus. They feel like the "safe" pick. You can never go wrong with their bid as a guy and girls have a good time at their parties. They have a great classiness and style to them. The only thing that is seriously lacking is brotherhood. Yes, they all are bonded, but they have had trouble filling out houses in the past and have had some internal disputes in recent years. They feel less connected than other orgs.
