how badly do sdt and sk haze?

I'm considering rushing this fall and out of the three sororities doing fall recruitment, I am primarily interested in Sigma Delta Tau and Sigma Kappa. However I've heard they haze pretty bad. I just want to know if I get a bid, what am I in for?

I know girls closely from both chapters. From what I know, SDT used to be bad, but they've completely put an end to hazing for the improvement of the chapter. I cannot say the same for Sigma Kappa, however.

Sigma Kappa has completely put an end to hazing since last years events and I almost positive SDT has as well!

I can confidently say hazing is not a thing at sigkap nor do i believe it is at sdt so you can go through recruitment worry free
