So many people bash on Phi Mu, but no one can deny that this year’s pledge class is STEPPING UP. Phi Mu’s are involved in so many places on campus, and they’re definitely on the rise. So much friendliness and so many genuine girls. Good things are coming from Phi Mu.

AOII’s are some of the most independent girls on campus! I love how they fall back on eachother with their sisterhood but they’re all opinionated and want the best for everyone around them! Even being unafilliated they always make me feel welcome:)

A bunch of very fun girls who have a great sisterhood. They're very involved on campus, and I always see them together. They always handle themselves well on weekends too.

Greek life is not for me, but if I were to rush, Phi Mu would be a top choice. It may not have the prettiest suite, but I can't understand why people would call it the "worst" sorority (or why sororities are considered better or worse in the first place--they're just different from each other, and it seems pubescent to put those kind of labels on somewhat arbitrary groupings). The members seem committed to having fun as sisters in whatever way they can and have lots of inside jokes and cute traditions like tying ribbons on tree branches to represent their "family". They're all so proud to be part of something together, and you can really tell they want you to join when they welcome you to their recruitment events. They seem like a fun and quirky bunch and I'd recommend them to any woman considering Greek life.

I would not recommend rushing or attending their events.

Very stuck up group of guys. Definitely the most overrated house on campus. The call themselves classy but that seems to have gone away with each class they bring in.

Dumb and drunk but still fun

Pre 2012, they were some pretty down to earth guys who were hella fun to party with; no rules at lambda house! Post 2012: most became entitled narcissists, who let their house become a cesspool.

Let's be honest here, they've always been in playing field with Phi Tau, piggy backing the coat tails of lambda, SPE, and SAE. Real nice, awkward guys that cater to their niche scene pretty well. I did enjoy the everclear drinks they used to make up for fiji Isle (stupid strong!) I don't know how it is now, but in the past, other than GPA, their only way of competing was by collecting dirt on the other fraternities and leaking it to the Dean right before fall rush. If they had beef with someone else, they wouldn't handle anything internally, they would just tattle tell. Being able to stand up for yourself physically is actually a good trait to develop in your college years, it helps with your competitive drive later on down the road.
