Phi Mu is a bottom tier sorority that should be a top tier. They give bids to almost anyone who enters their suite during rush, but struggles to meet quota. Despite this, most genuinely care about their sisters and anyone on campus. They try to be active in activities on campus and seem to always try make a good name for their chapter.

Zeta's often describe themselves as the most "genuine" chapter, however, conversations with them often feel dry and like they don't care at all about anyone but themselves. Their philanthropy event is cool but they are insanely cliquey and almost never give a bid to someone who doesn't look like a model.

They clearly come off as the smartest sorority during rush. they have a large presence on campus, however how someone looks clearly comes into play during rush--only the prettiest get in (although there are a few exceptions)

I never see this chapter on campus. Rarely are they active and only a small number of sisters attend any frat or sorority philanthropy events. A lot of pledges love them during Rush because they show off with trophies, but right after they disappear.

Don't waste your time going to a FIJI party.

So many people bash on Phi Mu, but no one can deny that this year’s pledge class is STEPPING UP. Phi Mu’s are involved in so many places on campus, and they’re definitely on the rise. So much friendliness and so many genuine girls. Good things are coming from Phi Mu.

AOII’s are some of the most independent girls on campus! I love how they fall back on eachother with their sisterhood but they’re all opinionated and want the best for everyone around them! Even being unafilliated they always make me feel welcome:)

A bunch of very fun girls who have a great sisterhood. They're very involved on campus, and I always see them together. They always handle themselves well on weekends too.

Greek life is not for me, but if I were to rush, Phi Mu would be a top choice. It may not have the prettiest suite, but I can't understand why people would call it the "worst" sorority (or why sororities are considered better or worse in the first place--they're just different from each other, and it seems pubescent to put those kind of labels on somewhat arbitrary groupings). The members seem committed to having fun as sisters in whatever way they can and have lots of inside jokes and cute traditions like tying ribbons on tree branches to represent their "family". They're all so proud to be part of something together, and you can really tell they want you to join when they welcome you to their recruitment events. They seem like a fun and quirky bunch and I'd recommend them to any woman considering Greek life.
