new fraternity
by: BaseballThinking about joining the new fraternity Phi Delta but worried they won't have any parties or social events because they don't have a house. Are socials still possible? And how long did your fraternity take to get a house? Don't want to wait like two semesters lol

When you say with every sorority you mean who phi rho, pi phi, and aephi? Lol. If you don't have a house on hunting lodge or close by you are irrelevant sorry.

Bottom tier doesnt have socials with the good sororities some of the middle tiers dont even have socials with aphi dg or theta

Hey man, I'm in a "bottom tier" fraternity (not Sammy, thank god) here and we have a social with literally every sorority and have parties too. They're obviously not going to rival Pike's of KSig's, but don't be so elitest that only the "top" frats can get 4 brothers together to sign a lease on a decent house"
