Honestly this is pretty accurate except for SAE or Sig Chi they're washed up, has beens. Pike is still kind of dope because of their relationship to the bars.

Sig chi is also definitely not top anymore have you seen their last 3 pledge classes smaller and squids. Also Pike is going to fall soon because they are going to end up like sig chi. If anything ZBT is slowly moving to top tier

They've been around one year, they are irrelevant. It takes any organization at least three to four years to get their footing so Sig Ep has no sorority relations, relevant parties, or even that many great guys since most decent rushes will go to middle/upper tier frats. You need to build a good enough reputation before anyone takes you seriously

SigEp is really low on the totem pole. They are suck ups who think really highly of themselves even though they have accomplished very little in their time on campus. More of a club than a fraternity, their pledging is online and if you have a pulse you can get in.
