Biggest parties with the safest overall feeling in order.
1. Fiji
2. Zbt
3.Kappa Sig
4. Aepi (would be higher but get a bad rap about saftey)
5. Adp (their parties are at 2 house not big at all)
6. TKE
7. NO ONE ELSE IS RELEVANT PARTY WISE OR THEY ARE OFF CAMPUS

This list puts WAY too much emphasis on what is considered "safe". AEPi and Kappa Sig would be your best and biggest. I guess if you wan't to know which one's "safer" I'd lean more towards Kappa Sig because AEPis stuff can get out of hand but then again that's also what makes their parties fun.
