the real reason you shouldn't rush off-campus

Forget how off-campus frats become socially irrelevant in a few years, the real reason you shouldn't join an underground org is that it will hurt your resume after you graduate. You don't want your employer to google whatever fraternity you were in and see that they've been kicked off campus for hazing or racism or whatever. It looks bad on you and follows you well after graduation.

Just typed in my name on Google and nothing came up. Its called having common sense and not throwing a social fraternity on your resume because employers are not idiots and know they are just for drinking. Also you have your fraternity chapter remove your name from its website

dude you might call that a serious back ground check but that's not a serious back ground check. You're probably a pike and are used to New Haven background checks ie no background check
