on campus frats. always changes so we'll know for sure when the semester starts

1. Kappa Sig - Blue, and a couple private ones.
2. AEPi - casa, 4th, gray
3. ADP - has the first 3 houses on Hunting Lodge + the Ranch + some new ones next semester
4. FIJI - two good houses in good locations, has the nicest & newest house on Hunting Lodge.
5. TKE - has a plethora of really run down houses
6. ZBT - has 1 house that is in a residential area, can't do much with it.
7. Beta - didn't have any houses last year but picked up 2 for this year.
8. AKL - pretty sure picked up 1 or 2 houses, no clue where
9. Sammy - Has 1 off campus house near the Dime area.
10. SigEp - has a dope ville house! /s

In order of the best HOUSES but NOT fraternities:
1) SAE-The Dime (always has been the best house)
2)AEPi-Casa, 4th, Grey (great houses in great locations, well hidden)
3) FIJI-Duck and Coloseum ( Coloseum is the nicest/newest on hunting lodge)
4) Kappa Sig-Blue House, others? (One of their houses has a pool where they throw day drinks, Blue is average but far off campus)
5) Sig chi- The Cave (three apartments in renwood but kind of far off campus past blue)
6) TKE-Sperry, Cabana, Third, others (lost sperry and third so idk for this year what they have)
7) ADP-first three houses on Hunting Lodge, the ranch (terrible locations, always shut down)
8) ZBT- nothing last year, I think lighthouse this year? (Nothing special)
9) PIKE-sperry this year, maybe another but idk
Rest are irrelevant
We'll have to wait til the semester starts to know for sure who has what
