If you really want to get the most out of greek life consider joining an on campus frat. Keep in mind Sig Chi, PIKE, and SAE are all off campus which means they're slowly starting to become irrelevant. As a freshman, by your senior year you'll be one of maybe 15 guys left and you don't get all the benefits of being recognized by the school. My advice would be to join either a top tier on campus organization like AEPi/KSig (though KSig is on thin ice and could be gone this year) or a rising fraternity like ZBT/ADP/FIJI who'll without a doubt be around all four years and most likely be some of the top houses by default by the time you're a senior. Ya it sucks but when the school is kicking everyone off at this rate your options get smaller every year. Keep it safe and join one on campus
