They have smokeshows and then some girls where you are just like "what....". Overall though, I personally think they are a fun group of girls and will rise in the next couple years

I know plenty of wonderful girls in gphi! But honestly in general the sorority is kind of average.. average sisterhood/involvement/looks, still average is better than a few of the other below average sororities!
