changes
by: fratHow have the fraternities changed this year for better or worse? Have any gotten better/worse or look like they're improving? Not ranks I know those are pretty much established but are there any bottom tier that look like they're heading in the right direction or top tier that might be starting to slip?

Not true, they have casa next year. They also just picked up Grey house, their old party house before Casa.

AEPi's only getting stronger with the addition of Grey. Casa and Grey together is nice

AEPi and Ksig both obviously improved to top frats on campus now.
TKE lost sperry house and didn't do as much in this past semester. Heard from those who work at huskies that their bar nights suck. Definitely sliding
ADP is always inching its way up whether it's due to their own work or just everyone else is getting kicked off. Still have a ways to go and do they have like an actual party house yet? I don't consider 1st or 2nd house actual party houses.
ZBT... are you guys still around? You lost coliseum to fiji and light house to TKE. Didn't hear of a single one of your parties like I have in the past. On their way to being the next Zeta Psi, stay away at all costs.
FIJI... Have some good houses and some potential. REALLY need to shake off this lame bottom tier image they have built for themselves and get some cool kids in their fraternity. Improving a bit though.
For off campus houses only Sig Chi and PIKE matter. Being off campus does hurt them a bit but time will only tell if they survive or fail. SAE will be literally irrelevant in 2 years once the rest of Kappa graduates plus they are loosing 1/2 their fraternity this year and next which they will not be able to replace. This year might have been the last pig roast.

Unfortunate that Tke lost sperry house to Pike. That'll be a huge hit to them not that they are relevant anyways lol

I didnt know they lost casa. If that's true that is huge. What other houses do they have besides fourth?
