They're going to need to take at least 150 girls to keep up with the other sororities...so no, it won't be competitive at all. They'll take seniors, juniors, anyone. But that doesn't mean they can't be a good organization, gamma phi has managed to turn out ok after a couple of years. You sound really lazy, where's the ambition?

My friends one of the girls starting it and I talked to her about and since they are not doing formal recruitment they actually don't have a minimum amount of girls they have to take so they can be as selective as they want. She also said she wanted to be more selective then have a large pledge class.
